Printed all elements on good quality photo paper cutout and layered onto a polka dot embossed card to complete this gorgeous design.
I personalised the blank tag then printed onto glossy photo card then mounted onto a fancy mat which I cut using my Scan n Cut.
I then added to a white card blank using DST. I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads.
I added the matching insert & pearls to finish.
