Such a fun design! My granddaughter has a Halloween birthday and loves cats, so she will love this card. Scored and cut where indicated, Creased folds with bone folder. Assembled envelope with wet glue. Attached sentiment panel with foam dots.
Super cute card and inspiring enough to make me want to design some myself!
