I printed the insert onto 120gs paper and the rest onto 200gsm card and cut out. I attached the main topper and insert onto a white base card using dst.

I then cut out the panel around the cat and I fashioned two concertina mechanisms and attached to the panel and main topper using wet glue.

I then added the decoupage and sentiment using foam pads. A super card that is not difficult to make and sure to impress.
