Very cool design for a variety of occasions. I printed out all sheets onto matte photo paper and cut them out. I had a really hard time with the rib cage bones. Thinking a cutting machine might be a good idea. I used a self made grey cardstock base.

Used DS tape to attach insert and base picture to front. I used foam sticky pads to attach the decoupage layers and added red bling stones to the pirates eyes.
