Printed card base onto 200gsm white card and the decoupage onto matte coated paper. I used DST to join card at the top and silicone for the decoupage.

I attached the topper to a dark coppery gold pearl card and added corners die cut from the same card. Added the insert with dst and the decoupage with silicone gel. Finished with a coordinating bow. There is another sheet with the sewing machine back should you wish to make a shaped card, and a sheet with smaller versions of everything the perfect size for a notecard and/or gift tag. I printed these sheets onto white card stock. I attached the front to the back with double sided tape and I assembled all of the decoupage pieces with sticky foam dots.
This is a great card.
