I printed the sheets out onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto gold matt card, added a feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.
I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Stickles Star Dust Stickles to add some sparkle.
