I printed the design on 200 gsm glossy photo paper. I cut out all the pieces and scored and folded on the back as instructions.

I attached the front to the back at the wheel and just above it with wet glue, I attached the decoupage with foam tape and added my chosen sentiment.

Gorgeous design, and so simple to make up.
