I printed out all elements and attached main body of the handbag to front of folded A4 card stock (tent fold A5) before cutting around outline to make bag shape.

I then used ribbon of choice to make a strap and attached to bag before adding top layer of deoupage.

A few gems completed this beautiful and easy to make card.
