I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements.

I used the design as a topper and not as a shaped card.I mounted the topper onto black card and then onto white card stock and added the decoupage using foam pads...to finish the card I added one of the sentiments and peel off corners and little gems to the headband. this is a great design and fun to make.
