I printed the sheets onto 250gsm. matte photo paper and cut out the pieces. I scored the card back as advised and fixed the front and back together with glue before adding the layers using sticky pads.

I added small gems to the butterfly wings (shame they don't show in the photo). This card is completed with a Happy Birthday caption inside but you could also have Anniversary Wishes, Granddaughter, Wife, Nan, Friend, Mother, Sister or Daughter. (You can have 2 captions if you like) Just let me know.
