Red Hat with Roses

I reduced the size to half and printed the design on good quality matte photo paper. My good friend Davina Rundle used acetate on a card she made, so I've copied from her and made the card from acetate.

I cut out all the elements and attached the front of the hat onto the front of my card. With the back of the hat I've used it on the inside of the card gluing it over the white section of the hat so I don't have any white showing.

I added the decoupage elements with foam pads and finished with some butterflies.

Absolutely stunning design, you can adapt so many different cards for these designs.

Printed onto matte coated then mounted base onto 200gsm white card. I joined back and front at the top of hat. I used silicone for the decoupage.
