I printed the design onto matte photo paper and cut out all the elements....I mounted the main image onto embossed copper card and attached it to a white base card...I then added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the card I added little flat back pearls and a ribbon bow...a gorgeous design suitable for various occasions.
