Printed onto Crafty Bobs matte paper, used strong DST to attach the front to the back after scoring, folding and cutting out the windows, decoupaged the front with foam pads, added extra leaves, 2 bows and a blind, very quick and easy, folds flat to fit an 8 x 8" envelope.
