This unusual design is simple to make, but looks so effective & folds flat for posting.
Mini Kit includes 3 design sheets. The easel card base & simple instructions, the topper & decoupage, a further sheet of decoupage flowers & 4 greeting tags to use as stoppers. The greetings on the tags are Happy Birthday, Best Wishes, With Love and one left blank for your own greeting or name.
You could also use the topper & decoupage on a flat card.

I printed onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I scored and folded as required and assembled the card, adding the main image using a wet glue. I then added the decoupage and a sentiment easel 'stop' using foam pads.
A sweet card which is not difficult to make and one that has plenty of wow factor.
I printed the sheets onto 250gsm. matte photo paper, cut out the pieces and scored the sheets where necessary. I followed the instructions to fold and make up the card , adding the layers with sticky pads. I added lots of gems around the topper and base as shown.
I completed this one with the Happy Birthday caption but you could have Best Wishes, or With Love instead. Just let me know.
