I printed onto 250 gram card and scored and folded the 2 parts to make up the card and joined the bottom parts together using wet glue.

I added the pyramid layers using sticky pads and added the happy birthday sentiment to the back.

I also added a little verse to the back saying (Life is like a pot of tea, It's all in how you make it) I added a tea bag inside an organza bag, dangling from the tea pot lid and added a magnetic clasp to the top of the lid so that the card can be opened easily to take the tea bag out.

I added a tag dangling down the front with a verse on it that reads ( I had a little tea party, this afternoon at three, It was very small, three guests in all, I, myself and me.

Myself ate up the sandwiches, while I drank up the tea, It was also I who ate the pie, and passed the cake to me) I attached the tag with gold cord threaded with blue pearls.

I finished off this great novelty card with a punched butterfly to the spout. These cards will be sure to put a smile on the receivers face
