I printed the outer layer sheets onto glossy photo paper and the insert,which I printed twice, onto 160gsm and cut everything out.

I glued back to front with power tape,added the inserts with roller glue,layered the cut out frame with foam tape amd the tulips decoupage with foam pads.

I added a red and white dotted ribbon to the corner and topped with an ivory silk heart from CUP supplies.

I added 2 shiny red hearts to the chalk board together with diminute clear gems. This is a novelty, easy to craft design with beautiful red tulip sprays. Something a little different for a loved one's Birthday or for Valentines day. The completed card looks quite stunning!
