1950's Lady Flowers and Butterfly Mini Kit
A pretty lady in a 1950's style dress, with a flared skirt & petticoats with matching sun hat & gloves.
She is framed by beautiful pink flowers on a lace frame.
This mini kit includes card front, topper & easy to cut out decoupage layers to make a very special card.
The deep layers will make the skirt really stand out & you could add a bit of lace or broderie anglaise to make it even more luxurious!

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A4 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to gold mirror card then I attached it to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I shaped the layers of the skirt with my fingers and then added foam tape to the edges only. This gives the skirt more definition. I added a blob of glue under the wing of the butterfly and then added glitter to the wings. I added glitter to the centre of the flowers also. A gorgeous card that can be used for many different occasions.
I printed both sheets onto glossy photo paper and then cut out some of the decopupage, so that I had five layers.
I used foam pads to add the decoupage layers.
I matted onto a purple card blank and added lilac heart gems and then some tiny gems to the corner florishes.
