1950's Peach Rose Lady Mini Kit
A pretty lady in a 1950's style dress, with a flared skirt & petticoats with matching sun hat & gloves, holding on to her hat in the breeze. She is framed by by beautiful peach roses.
This stunning mini kit makes an 8 inch square card & includes 2 sheets, one with the card front & 5 matching greeting tags The other has easy to cut out decoupage layers to make a very special card. The deep layers will make the skirt really stand out & you could add a bit of lace or broderie anglaise to make it even more luxurious!
The tag greetings are:
"Happy Birthday"
"Best Wishes"
"Special Daughter"
"With Love" and one left blank for your own greeting or name.
Tip: put sticky tape instead of foam pads at the waist of the skirt to keep it flat & make the bottom of the skirt flare out.

With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the main design base onto the front of a white 8x8 car, I then added a silver border all round the outside edges of the design, then to finish my card I made up the design using 2mm sticky pads and I added the sentiment and placed this at the top, this is really a beautiful design which was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I shaped the skirt of the dress with my fingers then added foam tape to the outside edges only. I did this for each layer. This makes the skirt look like it is blowing in the wind. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
