I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I mounted the main image onto a white card and added the decoupage using foam pads...to finish the card I added a bow...peel - off border and corners and some little gems...and this certainly is a " Gem " of a design...Beautiful Julie.
