I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image onto a black diecut then mounted it onto white card and added the decoupage using foam pads...to finish the card I added a little bow and black gems...a beautiful design and the colours are so vibrant.
