I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image with gold embossed paper and mounted it onto a cream base card...I then added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the card I added little flat back pearls and a bow...this is a beautiful elegant design.
