Print design onto good quality inkjet paper. Cut out design and layered it onto a matching white card with DST.

As I dont want to use the decoupage as in the design I only cut out the hat en decoupage it with foam pads as well as some individual flowers that I cut out from the design.

I finished design off with some glitter.
