Cup number is 1055566-20051 and designer is Passionate Crafting, I printed onto photo gloss paper and placed onto pale peace card and then gold paper, I built up all the elements with foam pads.

I used chip board for the happy birthday sentiment, I also used peel offs, I finished of using gems, lovely lady card.
