Reduced size a little and printed sheets on glossy photo paper. Cut out main picture and elements. Layered black card onto silver mirror card and attached the main picture using dst.

Edged the picture and the silver card with black border peel offs and edged the black card with silver border peel offs.

Before layering the decoupage with silicone glue I placed a lilac feather behind the lady. I also added a bit of glitter to the tendrils of the hat. I made an 8 x 8 card blank into an easel card and covered the base with a matching backing paper.

I then attached the topper to the card and added some gems. I made a Happy Birthday stopper for the card to finish it off. It is a really gorgeous design.
