I printed the design onto Crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements. I scored and folded the base card where instructed and added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel.

To finish the card I added gold peel off corners and used a little glitter spray. This design is so beautiful and elegant that most females would be delighted to receive it.
