I printed the image on to satin photo paper. I covered a 8 x 8 inch card with a complimentary backing paper. I cut out the decoupage and assembled it on to the main image using a glue gel.
I fixed the decoupaged image on to the covered card using double sided tape. I added a crystal fine glitter to the ballerina's dress.
