A lovely image which was printed onto good quality card with the decoupage printed onto decoupage paper. All layers were cut out and 3d foam pads were used to give dimension.
The topper was then matted onto lilac adorable scorable card cut to 8x8 and then attached to a blank card.
The insert was taken into Photoshop where I added text before printing and sticking inside the card.
