I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements.

I mounted the main image onto a gold card and added the decoupage using foam strips and silicone gel...to finish the card I added a feather to the hat, little gems to the dress and a bow and some glitter...WoW another beautiful design from Julie.
