I used a Pearlised Purple 13 x 13 cm Card. I cut all the Decoupage parts out...

I used 3mm double sided foam tape on the first layer then I layered all the other Decoupage parts using 3mm double sided foam as well.

I used the Silver Happy Birthday Sentiment. Then I used silver glitter on the edges of the flowers. I used Purple Pealised Flat Backs on the edge of the first layer and then used a Silver Metal Key in the top right corner and used Silver Laser Stickers with '21" in the top left corner. I printed out on 210gsm White Matte Board.

I am very Happy with how this card turned out.
