Layered frame decoupage card with a cute little cat and flowers. The kit has 3 sheets which include the card front, insert, matting layer and frame, decoupage, sentiments and 2 gift card fronts/tags.

I printed the insert onto 120gsm paper and the rest onto 200gsm card and cut out. I attached the main topper and insert onto a white base card using dst. I then added the panels, decoupage and sentiment using foam pads. I embellished with gems.
