I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image with gold embossed card and mounted it onto a cream pearl base card...I then added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the card I added little gold bows to the curtains ...a beautiful elegant design.
