I printed onto 230gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I layered the main image onto a blue glitter mat and attached this onto a pearlescent blue base card. I then added the decoupage using foam pads and a silver peel off sentiment to finish.

A very beautiful card which is easy to make and sure to make the recipient feel special no matter what the occasion
