I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I scored and folded the base card following the easy instructions and added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the card I added a sentiment as a stopper and added a little glitter...this is a gorgeous design .
