Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Cut out all pieces. Attached main piece to a white card base with fancy borders. Attached other pieces using foam pads. Added butterflies with a glue dot in center so wings are free.
I printed onto matte photo card then mounted onto a white card blank using DST. Before assembling the decoupage I added a red cord along the line of the bunting then down the right side tying in a bow half way down.
I then added the decoupage elements using 2mm foam pads. I finished with the matching insert.
