Hello Sailor! Retro Card Front KitCompleted by Deborah Sweet

Reduced the print size slightly and printed sheet two twice for decoupage. Attached topper to a mat of embossed pink paper, then together with the insert, on to an 8" card with DST.

Added the layer, decoupage I had cut from second sheet and sentiment with foam pads.

Finished with gems. (Other sentiments available for finished card)
