Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. Cut out all the elements. I used DST on the Topper and attached it to a White card. I then repeated the process with the Insert. Using foam pads to attach the Decoupage. I scored and folded the Gift tag.

A wonderful Nostalgic Design, makes up into a nice card.
