I printed off the topper sheet twice one slightly bigger sized than the other. I created a 6 x 6 base card and layered the bigger of the two toppers onto the base to create a background.

I then cut out the other topper and layered that up using foam tape. I finished off the card with a sentiment, decoupage and the included insert.
