Card size when folded is 10x20cm which will fit a DL sized envelope.

Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. After cutting out the elements, I scored and Folded where indicated. I used DST to attach the Insert. I used Foam Pads to attach the Letters. I stuck Pearls on the letters, to give the Light Bulb effect. I scored and folded the Gift Card.
A brilliant design.
