I printed onto matte photo paper and some decoupage onto 160gsm decoupage paper. The main image and the insert panel were attached to a scalloped 8 x 8 card with dst. The shaped frame was added with wet glue and the decoupage with foam pads and glue gel.

I used silver wink of stella to highlight the flower centres and wing tips and clear for the butterflies wings and bow.

I added the Mother greeting and attached a pretty pearl grey flat backed pearl with diamante surround to the bows.

This is a gorgeous design and I know my own mother will love it.

She gets a lot of pleasure fom watching the birds in a similar birdbath in the garden, from her armchair.
