I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image with gold card and mounted it onto a white base card...I then added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the card I added a little glitter spray and some rhinestone decals...this is a fabulous design.
