I printed the sheets onto 200gsm card and cut out all the elements.

For the version in the picture I chose not to do gatefold with the belly band, but instead covered my card with the backing paper using DST then used foam tape to add the two panels and text element.

Finally, I trimmed the insert and fixed in place using a tape roller.
