Copied to matte photo paper and cut out the elements. Matted base to silver linen look card stock. Added a die cut border toned down with distressing inks to blend and put some diamonds on. Built up the decoupage and then glittered the dress with Tattered Lace and Black Diamond glitter glue.Used Glossy Accents on the green leaves.
