I matt and layered the base layer onto Gold embossed card with d/s tape then layered onto a White Pearl card.

The 2nd layer was added with foam tape and the decoupage layers I used foam pads.

To finish I added contrasting pearls and Chameleon Glitter to the Pearl Strands, Foilage and straps of dress. Then added a Greeting to the top corner of the card. This is a stunning design.
