I printed the sheets on lightweight card and cut out all the elements. I matt and layered the topper with 3 different pearlescent papers and attached to an 8" card with DST.

I fixed feathers under the first layer, which was added with 2mm foam pads; then I added the rest of the decoupage with 1mm foam pads.

I added a little more feathers to the hat, the sentiment and a few gems. I finished by adding the insert with DST and making the gift tags - not shown here. This card is personalised for my mum but there is a choice of other sentiments. Gorgeous design!
