I printed the sheets on 160gsm matt card and the insert on matt photo paper and cut out the elements.

I matt and layered the topper with orange pearlescent paper on to an 8" card using DST.

I added the desired decoupage with foam pads, then added gems and a ribbon. I finished by attaching the insert with DST. Lovely retro design!
