I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image with white embossed card then mounted it onto a dark blue base card...I added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel and to finish the card I added a bow...a beautiful design suitable for various occasions.
