I printed everything out onto 130 gsm gloss photo paper.

I applied the topper to my card blank.

I did not use all the decoupage and did my own thing with it.

I assembled the decoupage with sticky pads.

added glitter .I reduced the tag by 50%.

This is a very pretty design and when I make it again I will enlarge it to fill the front of a C5
