Printed onto matt photopaper, cut out main image and attached to a white card blank, I cut out the fram and attached with foam pads and the rest of the decoupage withe glue gel.
I finished off this stunning design with some gold stickles
I printed onto matte photo card. I punched the front edge of a card blank then mounted the topper using DST. I added the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. I attached the matching insert then finished with plaited ribbons & bow.
