I used an 8x8 scalloped card and gold mirror card embossed card for first mat,then used a die to make a square base for topper to go on. the glue i used to make this card are wet glue hot glue silicon glue and sticky fixers.I decoupage the topper with silicon glue and attach it to the frame square,then used sticky fixer to put on card. embellishments i used are organza ribbon with a gem pink strip paper roses and gold die cut flourishes pearl and gems.there is a insert for you to write your message,a gift card and sentiments which are, on your birthday,happy 30th birthday on your special day,congratulations,happy birthday,happy 21st birthday

This is such a beautiful card i really love it and enjoyed every minute i was doing it
