Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto red paper, then onto white card. I used silicone for the decoupage and DST to mount the insert.
I printed on matte card and wet glued to a matching abase card. I used foam squares to add to the decoupage. used mint glitter to highlight he background and on the sentiment, added gems to the flowers and sentiment then finished with Glossy Accents on the eyes.
